I like the nail polish. I’ve been wearing bobbing for baubles and no more film from ESsie this winter :)
You hit the nail right on the head Brain, with several key pntios!! The first and foremost being that senior housing and affordable housing are, in fact, two seperate issues. A point that a lot of people don’t seem to realize. Thank you for pointing that out here. Both issues must be addressed, and the sooner the better. As for affordable housing, in Calgary, they have numerous specific areas where there is affordable housing. A lot of the areas actually have what they call subsidized housing. You have to apply to a specific department in city hall, prove your need and (because there is a great need for it in Calgary) get on a waiting list that is determined by individual situation by situation and immmediate need. So the city regulates and controls the housing. It is not just random low priced houses on the market. Maybe we might have to look into a similar idea here, in order to solve this affordable housing crisis. Just one of my thoughts on it.
