Currently using for my combination dry skin (oily t-zone after 5-6 hours after washing my face and dry everywhere else):
1. Biore Combination Skin Balancing Cleanser
Very similar to the Clinique Liquid Face Soap, it’s a lightweight faming facewash. It’s gentle and leaves your face clean without drying it. Super easy to use as it’s in a pump form as well. I use this in the morning & night.
2. Clinique Clarifying lotion #2 or La Roche Posay Thermal Water Spray
I only use toner if my skin feels oily that day and when I do, I go for either one of these two. Clinique’s toner leaves my face feeling super fresh and clean, while the la roche posay mist evens out my skin tone.
3. Origins Make A Difference Ultra-rich rejuvenating cream
LOVE LOVE LOVE this moisturizer. It’s very thick, creamy and rich without being greasy or too heavy. I used to use a lighter moisturizer for the day time, but I find that this cream is the best I’ve used for my face. I wouldn’t recommend using this if you have a oily skin type. I love that this absorbs into my skin instantly and leaves my skin perfectly ready for makeup.

I have combination skin too, and looking for a moisturizer. I’m interested in trying the Origins moisturizer, but if I may ask, where do you live?
I live in a tropical country so I always thing ‘ultra rich’ creams will be too oily
I’m in Toronto, Canada. Do you find that your skin gets oily quickly? If so, I recommend going for a moisturizer with lavender – it actually balances out the oils in your skin so it’s great for combination skin. It wasn’t rich enough for me because my skin is more on the dry combination side but it could work for you! I did a review on it a while back. Hope this help :)
Ah I see, I live in Indonesia and it’s so darn hot and humid outside but my office uses air-con with full power so it’s dry. It’s a bit hard to balance :p
I’ll give your suggestion a try. Thanks a lot! :D
